About Us
PixOasis.com, the first digital
image display and delivery tool designed exclusively for media professionals,
was created by Bob Adler, a San Francisco based editorial and corporate
photographer. He realized that media professionals needed to quickly
and easily deliver large numbers of high-resolution images to clients
and other recipients over the web, from anywhere in the world, without
using cumbersome and complicated solutions like FTP. Along with a team
of computer engineers, we created PixOasis.com and launched the site
in 2005.
Our mission from the outset
was to create an essential part of a new professional digital photography
infrastructure, an essential piece of the digital image workflow. Photographers
can now shoot their images, digitally process them in Adobe Photoshop,
Lightroom, Bridge, I View Media Pro, Photo Mechanic or Aperture and
then deliver them to their clients via the web in one streamlined operation.
Other media professionals, facing increasingly tight deadlines, can
use PixOasis.com to distribute high res images instantly to agencies,
graphic designers, magazines, or printers.
Because we know first hand
the problems professionals face, we designed PixOasis.com to be a solution
that compliments and adds value to the images we are all proud to deliver
to our clients. We took into account not only the needs of professionals
to quickly and easily upload, display and deliver large numbers of high
resolution digital images but also to present and deliver those images
in a simple, clean, professional and easy to view gallery setting that
clients appreciate.
Pro shooters and media professionals
all over the U.S and in countries around the world are using PixOasis.com
every day to deliver all their high and low resolution digital images.
We realize we earn our fees
not only by creating great images, but by delivering those images quickly,
efficiently, and in a way that does not make any technical demands on
your clients.
At PixOasis.com, we constantly
strive to improve our service, making the digital imaging workflow as
smooth as possible. Please contact us with any comments or suggestions.
